Our weekly seva continues at the Gan En Zhi Jia, which moved to a big double storey Government building in Jalan Air Itam on 15 December. It has a huge compound surrounded by trees and is suitable for walks and light exercises by the old folks.
We were happy to serve them tea and dinner on Saturday, 21 December.

Tea of cakes and biscuits
A few of the residents are bedridden and have to be fed.
There are presently 28 residents. At the time of our visit, the move from their old premises in Sg.Ara had not been completed and some renovation works are still in progress at the new building. Recently a few members from NED got together and donated a few beds to the Home.
We wish the old folks a happy and peaceful stay in their new home!
