The 35th AGM of the Centre was held after Arathi on Sunday, 30th June attended by 32 members. Also present was Bro. Tan Kim Teik, Penang State Co-ordinator.
The meeting commenced with the Chairman, Bro. Alan Chew's welcome address in which
he thanked the Wing Co-coordinators and all members for their support and co-operation during his first year as Chairman. This was followed by the Confirmation of Minutes of the last AGM. The Annual Report and Financial Report 2018/2019 were duly approved and adopted. Hon. Internal Auditors for the term 2019/2020 are Bro. S.B.Lye and Sis. Neoh Poon Lai. .

Bro. Tan gave a short address before the meeting concluded. He also presented a Certificate of Appreciation to the Chairman for NED's assistance in the recent National Sathya Sai Convention held last May in Penang.
