Members of NED conducted a medical screening for 15 children from the Children's Protection Society (CPS)  on Saturday, 26th September 2015 at 2.30 p.m.  CPS is a home for neglected and/or abandoned children between the ages of 5 and 16.

The tests we carried out included eye test, weight and height monitoring and hair lice check.  Two doctors from the Penang General Hospital also conducted a medical checkup on the children.  Medication and vitamins were dispensed to those who required them.  The Home's supervisor was also informed of those children who needed spectacles.

The children were treated to refreshments on the conclusion of the screening.
