This month (March) we embarked on a new project to help homeless beggars in the Georgetown area who sleep in the streets and various public places at night. They use old cardboard to sleep on and garbage bags as blankets. We have provided them with sleeping bags and also masks. So far we have distributed around 20 sleeping bags. We hope that they will be relocated to a proper shelter in time to come by the State Government.
