We conducted a medical screening on the afternoon of Sunday, 9th October at the St.Joseph Home for about 50 children. Two doctors were in attendance. The children underwent general health/hygiene checks and some ailments were treated on the spot. Volunteers from the Centre helped to conduct vision test, hair lice and de-worming checks and weight/height monitoring. This yearly service is the Centre's commitment to the Home under its Medicare programme for the needy.
