Our members visited the home of Bro Chee and his family in Batu Ferringhi, Penang, to conduct a house bhajan and prayers on January 28th, 2015.

Service Activity at Rumah Cahaya
The above seva was carried out on 18th Jan 2015 involving
3 medical docs and 14 volunteers from the centre. Briefly the following
activities were done during the half day camp:-
General health check/personal hygiene were conducted on 30 children and
10 adults who were helpers/caregivers of the home. The children were also
examined for any hair lice infestation and 15 of them were treated with de-worming
medication on the spot. An eye vision test to detect vision problems were also
conducted and the results revealed that 3 children will need the aid of spectacles
to correct their vision. The centre has decided to sponsor the costs of spectacles
and arrangement has been made with the home supervisor to do the needful.
In addition, vitamins and other medications were also dispensed to some after
consultation with the doctors.

New Year's Eve 2014
For all of us at SSBC Ned, the year 2014 came to a close with a dinner get-together followed by presentation of Sai darshan videos, bhajans and prayers.
